Zach Dillon

I grew up in the East Bay (San Francisco Bay Area) as a multi-sport athlete. After graduating from UC Davis in the early 1990s, I fell in love with the Santa Cruz area and the people who call this community home.

In my spare time, I enjoy camping, surfing, fishing, backpacking, basketball, skiing, working out, and just about anything outdoors, especially when I can share those experiences with friends and family.

My athletic background includes football, basketball, track and field, Olympic weightlifting, and Kung Fu.

In 2017, I decided to make a career change and become a personal trainer. It felt like a natural transition, allowing me to use my knowledge and experience as an athlete and powerlifter to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Whether you're looking to improve functional movement, body mechanics, balance, muscle development, toning, endurance, stamina, or overall health, I'm here to help. Rehabilitation is one of my greatest passions, so if you're recovering from an injury or adapting after a joint replacement, I'd be happy to help you regain strength, confidence, and mobility.
