TOADAL SUMMER CAMP

2025 Camp Cost:
For kids whose parents are Toadal members:
$390 per week
The week of July 4th is reduced to $312. No camp on July 4th!
Please note that the parent registering the child for camp must be a member in order to get the member price.
Parents must remain a member through August 2025 to receive member pricing, cancellation before that time will result in the non-member fee applying.
Week 10 - $78 per day
For kids whose parents are NOT Toadal members:
$435 per week
The week of July 4th is reduced to $348. No camp on July 4th!
Week 10- $87 per day
Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. We can only offer a refund if we are able to fill your child's spot with someone waitlisted. If we are able to fill your child’s spot, a refund will be provided, minus a $30 processing fee.
2025 Program Details:
For Weeks 1-9, we do not offer a daily option- must sign up for the full week
Our program is for ages 6 through 12. We can accept 5 year-olds who turn 6 by August 31, 2025. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions on this age minimum
Drop off between 8:15am-9:30am at our Live Oak, West Side, and Scotts Valley locations- you choose!
Pick up between 4pm-5:30pm each day (same location options as drop-off)
You can drop off in the morning at one location and pick up in the afternoon at another location- we are happy to accommodate you :)
We are gone for field trips from roughly 10am-3:30pm each day.
All trips & transportation included in cost.
Snacks/ food will NOT be provided and is the parents’ responsibility to provide. We do sometimes offer popsicles on the very hot days :)
Parents must pack a full & nutritious lunch, water, and sunscreen for their child EVERY DAY
Physically active, fun, engaging trips daily in a safe environment
Peace of mind for parents with a small camp and more focus on their child- we have a ratio of 5 children for every 1 staff. We take a maximum of 20 children per week.
Transportation is done via 4 minivans
