member portal
The member portal can be accessed on a mobile device or a computer.
- If you have a mobile device, go to the App Store & download the app called “Club Systems My Member Mobile”
- Otherwise, you can access the portal by clicking the button below
- Please note this app is NOT the app called “Toadal Fitness.” It is a separate app.
To set up your portal:
- Click on “create my account.” Your membership number is FG-XX####. It is always an FG, then a hyphen, and then whichever numbers appear on the back of your membership key-tag (usually two more letters and then 4 numbers- for example- FG-TF1234, or FG-CF1234). If you don’t have a key tag, please contact us for your membership number. Please include your first & last name in your email :)
- You will need to enter some basic contact info. If none of the info you enter matches our records, the system might not let you create your account. In which case, please contact us :)
- After creating your account, you can log in under “returning member login” with your same membership # & the password you chose.
Class Reservations:
- Click on “classes”
- Select your club’s location in the drop-down menu
- Under “class type” or “class category",” select “classes”
- You can then filter by date range & instructor name
- You can reserve up to 72 hours in advance.
