Her fitness journey began at age 14, where she developed discipline and consistency in traditional gym training. Over time, her path expanded into yoga and mindful movement, shaping her unique methodology that blends science-based training with body awareness and mobility-focused practices.

Samantha specializes in women’s fitness and cycle-synced training, designing programs that honor hormonal rhythms to enhance energy, recovery, and performance.
