Trainer Bio:
For most of my life, I’ve struggled with my mental health. It’s something that has always controlled me, and for a long time, I didn’t really know how to handle it. Eventually, I found that working out and staying active made a huge difference — not just for my body, but for my mind too. It gave me a sense of control, purpose, and confidence that I didn’t have before.
That’s what got me into personal training. I wanted to help other people find that same feeling — a healthy outlet that makes life a little easier to handle. For me, it’s not just about getting stronger or looking a certain way; it’s about feeling better mentally, building habits that last, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you think.
