I started my journey in the fitness industry as a trainer at Jack LaLanne’s in 1980. After years of navigating the ever-changing field of health and fitness and dispelling its many myths, I discovered resistance training. I personally experienced so many life-changing benefits that I now want to share them by coaching others. I also offer eating disorder recovery support.

My passion lies in helping women over 50 become the strongest, fittest, and happiest versions of themselves. I offer a tailored and personalized experience that’s all about compassion, curiosity, and, most importantly, having fun!
