Pilates Classes @ Toadal Fitness Live Oak

If you are interested in starting your Pilates journey or reigniting your practice contact Leah to find out about  group reformer classes at the Toadal Fitness Live Oak facility. Pilates is for everyone and can be scaled to meet each person's unique challenges and goals. Your Pilates practice can help you find balance, strength and confidence- both physically and mentally.

It is excellent for both the very conditioned athletes and the new gym attendee. It provides body awareness and alignment that can be taken with you into your everyday life.

My small group classes offer personalized cues to help you perform and feel better on and off the reformer. Students of all abilities can benefit from a combination of both athletic and restorative classes.

Athletic flow: This class is for students who want a challenging routine to build muscle, strength and endurance.

Stretch and mobilize: This class is geared towards new Pilates practitioners as well as those who crave the benefits of mobility and tension release provided by the reformer.

Leah’s priority is keeping herself and her students healthy, mobile, and pain-free.  She began her teaching journey when she joined the Balance Body Pilates teacher training program at Agile Monkey in 2019.

When Leah is not teaching, she enjoys Crossfit, backpacking, petting other people's dogs, and dreaming about her next travel adventure. She hopes to have her own dog in the future. She is going to name it Targhee after the mountain range in her home state of Wyoming.
