There are many effective methods of training that are result producing; however, there are a few that stand above the rest. It is for this reason we will be combining these methods into Toadal “Cross” Training classes. In as little as 45 minutes 3 days a week you will see the results that you have always wanted.

Program Methods:

Yogis have known for centuries that the most important aspect of keeping the body functional is mobility, otherwise known as dynamic stretching. With mobility exercises you can strengthen the joints, reduce joint pain and develop active flexibility; the ability to assume positions by the strength of your body rather than passively yielding to gravity. Mobility training is used at the beginning of class as a warm up to stretch the joints and prepare the body for intense physical exercise.

It has been proven time and again that to truly yield great results you must practice full body movements, otherwise known as compound exercises. The results that these multi-joint movements produce tower over their single joint comrades, and for that reason compound exercises stand at the top of the list of methods for the Toadal Cross Training program.

High intensity training has proven over the year to be the quickest and most effective way to transform an individual’s health, physical performance, and body. It is for this reason that our goal is to create an environment where people feel safe and comfortable to practice compound movements and to slowly push their personal intensity upward.

Next, cross training is used as a means to fully develop the body leaving no effective exercise tool, movement, or training paradigm to the side, and to develop a constantly varied and interesting workout program that yields unheard of results and never gets boring.

Finally, we exercise the body through its various metabolic pathways emphasizing max strength and anaerobic conditioning and when necessary, combining them. Max strength exercises condition the body to heavy loads when performed properly strengthen the bones and associated connective tissues. There is an added mental benefit to max strength exercises in that they boost your confidence by you performing now what you might have considered impossible in the past. There is growing evidence that anaerobic exercise, or short burst exercise, can match the aerobic benefits of endurance training and furthermore is vastly superior in its abilities to burn fat. It is for these reason that we will be combining these pathways in many different circuits, set, and reps to induce the greatest results in the shortest possible time.
