Toadal Cross Training (TXT)
Toadal Cross Training is designed to be a Safe, Fun and Result Producing cross training program, we like to think of it as “FUNctional Fitness” for the everyday person.
The goal of this program is simple, to provide you with the safest way to achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time. We are confident that if you stick with this program, you will see noticeable results in your health, physical capabilities and bodies.
The Toadal Cross Training Program combines unique exercise tools with the latest scientific research to create a program that will build strength, flexibility, endurance and muscle while burning unwanted fat, all in 45 minutes 3 times a week.
As a member of this program you are entitled to take any of the classes that we offer each week. Every time you come to these classes you will be personally trained in a small group setting by a TXT Coach. Your individual needs will be addressed and workouts will be tailored to fit your individual capabilities. This will ensure that anyone in any shape can benefit from the Toadal Cross Training Program.
