Membership Representative
Position Summary:
The Membership Sales Representative is responsible for developing leads for prospective members, providing information to prospective members, and enrolling new members. This person also assists management in meeting membership and financial objectives. This person is responsive to both current and prospective members maintaining Toadal Fitness’ highest standards of customer service.
Essential Functions:
• Actively develop leads for prospective members
• Respond to telephone and e-mail membership inquiries, booking and maintaining appointments for prospective members to tour the club
• Provide prospective members with an enthusiastic and informative tour
• Empower and educate prospective members on the benefits of health and wellness
• Present approved membership options and prices to prospective members
• Complete all membership paperwork for new members, including application and orientation requirements
• Track and report weekly membership sales
Other Functions:
• Distribute passes, fliers, and other materials to create traffic flow of prospective members
• Develop relationships and encourage member referrals
• Attend management meetings, trainings, and retreats
• Make follow-up calls to all prospective members who failed to show for their appointments, and all guests who have not yet enrolled
• Work together with all departments as a TEAM
• Meet Toadal Fitness’ standards for professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times
• Smile! Greet members enthusiastically creating welcoming club environment
Requirement:
• 1 to 2 years of related experience
Specific Skills:
• Communication skills, basic computer skills, phone etiquette, customer service orientated, committed to fitness industry/ environment

Front desk Staff
Position Summary:
The Service Desk Representative is a high profile customer service position delivering beyond our member’s expectations. They contribute to member retention, as well as new membership sales. This person has the responsibility of being responsive to members; checking members in and acting as a resource for members’ needs of goods and services while in the club facilities. The Service Desk Representative acts as the clubs first line of communication with members and creates a friendly and welcoming environment. You are the first and last impression of Toadal Fitness. You need to be knowledgeable, able to handle five things at once, have a smile and love every minute of it.
Essential Functions:
• Greet members/ guests enthusiastically and efficiently handle the check-in process
• Liaison between members and Membership Office: Including prospects and current members
• Answers and directs all incoming phone calls
• Fields all member complaints and concerns
• Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the club if assigned those shifts
• Work as a TEAM with all other departments
Other Functions:
• Be knowledgeable about all programs and activities offered by Toadal Fitness
• Promote club services and activities
• Maintains professionalism when not assisting members; avoids eating, sitting, reading, Internet surfing, or any other activities that are not work-related
• Creates the “First Impression”
• Assist with keeping the club well stocked and clean
• Inventory of food items as well as locker and laundry service
Part time and full time available. Day Time and Opening shifts. (If you can’t get up early do not apply!)
