For years I have been providing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage therapy to guests of  Cabrillo Fitness Club.  My massage is warm and nurturing, efficient and effective. Experience yourself in your natural state: calm, relaxed and at peace. I utilize modalities from deep to energetic, in accordance to your individual needs, and am happy to integrate Reiki into your session upon request.

I received my certification at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in Santa Cruz, and have studied Deep Tissue with Art Riggs at the Massage School of San Francisco. I have had the pleasure to work with a large number of clients over the years in sports, spa and chiropractic settings. In addition to hands-on practice, I also teach Biomechanics and supervise the Senior Massage Outreach program for Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts.

Mark blends many different modalities to give a customized massage that can relax the person, while effectively working the kinks out of the body.  Mark is trained in deep tissue, Swedish, connective tissue, reflexology and other modalities.  Depending on the persons needs, Mark can give a relaxing day spa experience or a therapeutic deep tissue massage, adressing the physical issues to help the body restore its natural balance.

With 5 years experience working in the finest spas in Aspen and Roaring Fork Valley and over 900 hours of training, Mark has the knowledge and expertise to tailor a massage to the individuals needs, maximizing the benefits and facilitating health and well being.
