Dear Christophe,

I want to take the time to thank you for showing me around your fitness facility.  It’s awesome that you were willing to come in at 5:30 in the morning to accommodate my schedule. Last weekend when I first arrived and asked for more information about the club, I thought that I was going to be greeted by a “Salesman” and fed the usual line of crapola to get me to sign up for a membership.  I was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly easy going person that made me feel good about myself in spite of my full-bodied physique. It’s rare that I come in contact with someone who is funny, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy.  I can tell you really care about the members that come into Toadal Fitness by the way you are greeted.  How many times can you hear, “I love you” in one day? could go on and on, but I have to hit the treadmill!

Here’s a BIG THANK YOU to you and your friendly staff for making me feel comfortable working out at Toadal!

I joined Toadal Fitness and started with a personal trainer on January 17 2002. Since then, I have greatly improved my level of health and fitness with the added bonus of losing 25 lbs! I continue on the road to feeling healthier, better about myself and losing more weight thanks to my personal trainer at Toadal fitness.

The key components to my improved fitness and weight loss success at Toadal Fitness are the following:

  • A non judgmental, friendly atmosphere and caring staff.

  • Excellent personal trainers who are well trained, excited about what they do, and genuinely concerned about my individual needs, progress and health.

  • An emphasis on health, fitness, good nutrition and positive behavior changes, not just weight loss.

My personal goal is to make good nutrition and exercise a regular, permanent part of my life so i can feel good about myself and feel good in my body. I also hope to lose 100 lbs as a result of the positive lifestyles changes I a making.

I am already a quarter of the way towards achieving my fitness and weight loss goals. The process requires a lot of hard work and consistency but with the support of the staff at Toadal fitness, I have been able to achieve what would have been much harder to accomplish on my own."
