Thomas
Beauchamps
After
years of comparing himself to guys bigger and stronger
than he is, Thomas finally embraced the aikido
philosophy of take musu aiki – “true
victory is victory over oneself”. An opponent of the media’s idea of beauty,
Thomas believes in maximizing the potential of the
body you have. Not
everyone is a 5’10” supermodel or a 6’2”
he-man, nor should they be. Through exercise, you can increase your energy
level, strength, body awareness, and self-confidence:
Thomas is here to show you how. With 10 years of bodybuilding experience,
Thomas aims to achieve his ACE certification by summer
of 2004. He
has been practicing aikido for 14 years and has taught
kids and teen classes for the past seven. Whether you’re interested in private aikido
lessons or customized fitness programs, Thomas will
assist you with enthusiasm and a good dose of humor!J
