CLASS DESCRIPTION

Ab Lab
Guess what? You are going to be working on your abs... and until it burns. We all have a little extra where we don't need it, and this is the class everybody should attend.
Body Sculpting
A 60 minute workout you don't want to miss. After an aerobic warm-up, you will get a workout with weights you will remember for at least a couple of days. All Levels
Circuit Training
 A 30 minute moderate resistance strength training class. You will end with 5 minutes of light stretching. Get off to a good start. Join us! 
Pilates
With its emphasis on strengthening the body's "core" (inner abdominal and lower back), Pilates improves stamina and posture while also promoting circulation in the abdominal organs. Finally Pilates targets those muscles that will help restore the flat stomach and strong back you want.
Group Step
Even though it sounds like you are going to be jumping around, you won't. Mostly low impact and accessible to all.
ZUMBA
This is a new class we are offering to bring fun, cardio and latin dance all together. Be prepared to sweat and have a great time. You can even bring these new moves into the dance clubs!!
Kali Tri Yoga
Energy Flows, Level 1&2 - Energy flows contain systematic sequences of flowing and sustained postures, synchronized with rhythmical breathing to increase flexibility, strength, concentration and relaxation.
KICK-BOE
Are you familiar with TAE-BOE? We have a copy conform of Billy Banks with the energy and enthusiasm of the entire Toadal Fitness staff: Michael. Don't miss it, fun and sweat guaranteed.
Kickboxing
Accessible to everyone for a full body workout. You will learn basic punching and kicking skills that your waist , buttocks and hips won't forget.
Superman For men and women. Pack lunch with a punch with this class especially designed for members in a hurry. Quick , effective and sweat guaranteed. Formatted especially for our busy workaholic members.
Kickboxing Superbag
Kickboxing accessible to everyone for a full body workout that waist, buttocks and hips won't forget. Even though it sounds scary, this is a class for all levels. Really
Group Cycling*
This 45 minutes class is a perfect way to get you motivated. Good music, fun instructor and a group of friendly members will keep you coming. And by the way, your lunges and legs will see a major improvements within weeks.
Power Circuit*
A fun but very time efficient resistance training ideal for first time and "not in great shape yet" exercisers. You will trade some fat for muscle and lose some weight in the process ( not a bad deal overall :). Followed by a 15 min abdominal work out
Stretch & Toning A class For everybody! 30 min of abdominals and core workout, followed by a whole body stretching routine,  experience the fun and recharge the batteries for the rest of the week.
Belly Dancing* Learn authentic Middle Eastern dance steps. Set to a tribal drum beat. Excellent work out with emphasis on isolation, posture and FUN.

Hip Hop

Get your groove on while getting an excellent cardio vascular work out. Learn the basic of Hip-Hop and Funk. Includes stretching, muscle isolation and plenty of Fun!!
Circuit Express* A 30 minute workout combining light resistance training and cardio. Ideal for first time exercisers and seniors. Fun and sweat guaranteed to keep you smiling all day.
Cardio Blast* Get stronger, feel better, and have more energy. Emphasis on fun and sweat. Good music and a great dynamic instructor: Cynthia.
Forrest Yoga

Created by Anna Forrest, this is a vigorous and dynamic practice with focus on breathing. Includes many standing poses and abdominal work. This yoga style is gentle on the joints, especially the neck and lower back. Open to all levels.
